A Gem
My stay at The Parasol Inn left nothing to be desired. It is located in the center of Chiang Mai's old town on the same block as two major temples (Wat Phan Tao and Wat Chedi Luang), which I could see right out of my window! I woke up every day to sunshine and the soft sound of temple chimes in the wind. The hotel walls are painted in cheerful colors and motifs that make you really feel like you're on vacation in an exotic place.
Everything is in walking distance to the hotel, which is very convenient.
The staff have warm personalities. They helped me book out-of-town treks and cooking courses and happily gave me directions to anywhere else I wanted to go. They seem genuinely eager to help guests, no matter what the hour or the request.
I would definitely stay at The Parasol Inn again!

Good Hotel
The hotel is very nice and it's in a good position in the oldest town of Chiang Mai. The staff is very friendly and take us useful information about our visit. The only problem is breakfast because it starts at 7 o' clock in the morning and it isn't possible to have something to go.
Good Location
The room is very nice and location in the just right in the city center... Sunday market is just in front of door... So Cool...
Very friendly staff and nice rooms
This was one of the best hotels we stayed at in Asia. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are pretty, spacious and close to everything. The restaurant next door is yummy and very friendly too!
Fantastic place to stay!
My husband and I travelled with two other couples. We all found Parasol Inn a absolutely fantastic place to stay. Ning and her team were extremly friendly & helpful. Upon arrival we received a very warm welcome an throughout our stay the customer service was brilliant. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The breakfast is served by the restaurant next door and wasn't brilliant but still edible. If we ever go to Chiang Mai again I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else!
