Good location and reasonable price
The hotel is really near of the night market. The rooms are nice and clean but if you are a smoker, there was no balcony. The wifi didn't work but there is a fast internet station free to use. If you want your laundry done, there is venue next to the 7/11 right round the corner.
Since it is a rather new hotel, I would recommend that you have them write the adress down for you in thai. For us it was a pain to explain the location to the tuk tuk drivers...
