Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to shops, eateries, restuarants, banks and night bazaar. About 15-minute drive to the Chiang Rai town. Breakfast is good with a good selection of both Western and Asian. Room is cosy and staff are friendly and helpful.
From the outside this hotels doesn't look great, but it is a very good place to stay in Chiang Rai: right in the middle of the center, good breakfast, clean, nice rooms and swimming pool. Would definitely stay again.
Only good thing is the location. pool is dirty. room is old. mosquitoes in the hotel lobby. it's really like an inn! will probably try wangcome next. heard it's much better than wiang inn
Thw Wiang Inn is a good Hotel to stay in. It has the advantage of being slap bang in the middle of town and is very close to the night market and restaurants and bars. The staff are friendly and the hotel is one of the best in Chiang Rai. They have a pool which is OK but ahs a concrete surround. Breakfast is a buffet affair which is usually good but seems to depend on how busy the place is. There is as Singer Pianoist most nights in the Lobby which is nice and a Thai Massage Place and Night Club. Over all my wife and I have stayed there many times nad although not as good as some hotel in Ciang Mai it is a very good value for mony place to stay.
