We loved it here - our only...
We loved it here - our only regret is that we could not stay longer.  Resort is brand new and not quite finished but our room was great and so was the pool.  Staff very welcoming and friendly.  Good breakfast in a great setting right on the banks of the river.  About 5 minutes by car into the centre of Chiang Rai, or you could get a taxi.  The hotel is off the beaten track completely.  This was a favourite hotel of our holiday.  We were expecting our own plunge pool but did not get it but I think that the hotel plans may have been altered as I did not see any rooms with plunge pools, only rooms that will eventually get their own small pool but none of these were finished.  No sign of any work being done on them either.  Would certainly recommend and would love to stay there again one day.  Very relaxing place - get your own terrace with swing seat etc.  Semi-outdoor shower rooms are lovely.  Treat yourself!
