The resort is pleasant enough with nice...
The resort is pleasant enough with nice rooms however we were not informed about the facilities and therefore did not use them and we had no hot water in the room as to get hot water you must turn on the air conditioner first but it was way too cold outside to turn on the air conditioner and even when we did we still had no hot water. TV in the room is right at the end of the bed - facing the bed, so to watch TV you must sit on the bed The staff were not very friendly and never said hello if passing. Car park is very small and we always had to park outside the hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel with good friendly service from the staff. The only problem we experienced was the bathroom which smelled like a swamp. Staff did try and fix the problem to no avail, and we were offered a different room which we declined as it was our last night. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We stay in the chalet which is facing a small lake with fantastic view...The resort area The room is big and you have a big bathroom too...very clean and good service, have shuttle bus service to nigh bazaar too....good breakfast too....recommend for couple and family...will definately come back again during the next stay in Chiangrai...

I personally had a wonderful stay, the staff were extremely efficient, polite and friendly at all levels ...I think the only thing I could say , is that without too many tourits there at the moment , when you have some guests , then pool service should be much better , I would have spent more money with you if I could order drinks easily ....
But all of your staff were wonderful ...ell trained , and obviously enjoy their work with you ...it made suc a pleasure to stay ...
