My family stayed in this lovely, peaceful resort after New Year's. I was VERY impressed by the service. When we arrived with our two young children and our mother in law, the hotel kindly upgraded one of our rooms for no extra charge to a nicer room so that our family could be close to one another. The hotel grounds are pretty and the staff is friendly and helpful. They have a DVD library to choose from and DVD players in each room which is a nice touch. The well appointed bathrooms have nice deep tubs and lovely bubble bath! When we went to breakfast, the staff made up our bed even though they came back later to do a full room cleaning! The staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for activities. I would suggest staying in the cottages and the upper level if possible. I would happily stay here again. We were sad to leave!
