drinking water
we had problems about drinking water; there was none in the room and there were bottles of drinking water in the room refrigerator. At check out it appeared that we would be charged for picking " the wrong bottles of water" from the refrigerator: Evian water 80 baht for 330 ml. So an additional 160 baht were charged. The bottle did not mention Evian. It is not about 160 baht but about lack of clarity which water will be charged. I am a very experienced traveller and I have come across the drinking water choice many times. I know how to choose the free water. But in this hotel it was not clear enough. They were inflexible in finding solutions.

Great Hotel
This was a lovely quiet change after coming from Bangkok. The room & hotel was very clean & the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was very good value. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Chiang Sean.
