Too expensive for what you get.

I had a spacious room but paint is coming off all wooden furniture. It is hard to close the doors of the rooms silently resulting in slamming doors all over the place. I found swimming suits and towels of previous guests on the balcony.
Breakfast was very poor indeed. Hardly any choice of meet and no cheese at all.
All in all 4000 plus baht per night was very bad value for money. Would never visit the place again.

Friendly service, clean rooms, good airconditioning and clean bathrooms. Hotel was a bit far from the main road, so it was difficult to catch a taxi or tuk-tuk to go anywhere. Shuttle bus was available to the center of town (3 km) but only 5 times a day. It was on the beach front but because of jellyfish it was not advisable to swim in the sea. We were there during a national holiday so many families there and the pool was full of kids, so not very quiet. But the hotel provided a great discount for playing at the very nice Imperial Lakeview Golf Course because it is under the same group, only B.1,600/person including green fee, caddie fee and hotel transfers, but earliest pick-up was from 6:30 am. A decent budget hotel esp. for golfers but I would probably look for one on the main road or in Hua Hin town next time.
