Hotel location is very good and not far from the night market and downtown area. We drove, so getting to and from the city was very convenient. The lobby and the dining area face the main road and can be quite noisy. The ABF was good and plentiful with cereals, fresh fruit, eggs, breads and thai foods. If you can, ask for a room in the back of the hotel. Our deluxe room was small. It was difficult to adjust the water temperature/pressure in the shower. It was either too hot or too cold. Room amenities seemed sufficient but it seemed something was off. The hotel is only 100 meters from the beach and easily accessible. Would consider staying there again if cheaper as i don't think it's worth the money we paid.

Place was very friendly except for one staff member who was slightly rude when we arrived and seemed preoccupied - overall a good experience and felt it was reasonable value for money (paid $100 per night, $80 would have been more appropriate for value_ - rooms could have been a little bigger but decked out nicely - neat, clean & tidy and staff were very good to deal with. The facilities were good and the pool was beautiful!! would defintely consider staying again.
The hotel is situated much too far...
The hotel is situated much too far from town and this is not! described in their information. It is located near a very crowded road with traffic all day and night. Far too expensive for such a room in this country.
There are still a lot of construction going on. This gives a lot of heavy noise while swimming in the pool.
The service for getting into town and back is poor; only 2 times a day. Internet use is not included and very expensive. At this price you would expect wonderfull service, transportation and free internet.
The photographs are not what they appear to be: a resort look. There are only a few palm trees near the pool. We won't go there again.

Had to take a tuk-tuk everywhere, as there was nothing in walking distance except the beach. The front desk was unable to provide options for sightseeing excursions. The showers did not have enough water pressure or hot water. When requested to have it fixed, there was not any improvement. The pool area was very nice. The breakfast was very good but limited in selection. Would not stay here again.

This was my second stay at the hotel. It's a lovely hotel. The rooms have Thai features and each has a large balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area is beautiful and peaceful. Even the construction work next door did not interrupt. It's a 30min walk into town so it's not too far but far enough away to be off the tourist track (and there are A LOT of tourists in Hua Hin). The staff are helpful and very pleasant without being intrusive. My only complaint is that, for the price, the buffet breakfast is rather cheap and offers no variety. It was exactly the same every day. But will definitely stay again. If you want a relaxing holiday, this is the place.

Very nice and cosy hotel with a perfect location and very friendly staff
Breakfast could be improved quite a lot....
Breakfast could be improved quite a lot. We stayed 8 nights abd every morning we had exactly the same breakfast. Why cannot they have changes; different fruits, yoghurts, bread, maybe pancakes one day etc.
Otherwise the hotel was clean, nice and people very kind.
