The staff at the resort are friedly, alway greet you with a smile. The staff by the name of Mr "Tey", if i spell his name correctly, is especially helpful. Initially, we were given a room that was not convenient. We requested a change and he went the extra mile to get us a room that was more convenient and also offered to set up an extra bed for us due to they have only double bed and no separate twin bed.
The food at the restuarant is yummy and at affordable price. The resort is overlooking the beach, so the view is fabulous, when you sit at the deck chair. When the tide is low, you can walk down to the beach to swim or take a stroll. It is pristine white sandy beach and water is very clear.
The resort is about 10 mins to the night market, which is accessible by local taxi and does not cost much. Although the resort provides free shuttle, you have to follow to the time schedule.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Bann Talay and the wonderful service of the staff. I would recommend my friend to stay at this resort.
