We stayed here in june. The hotel is very nice, staff are lovely, pool is good, breakfast is ok. The beach is allright but the sea was full of jellyfish. The location is really quiet because all the action is on the other side of town (looking at the sea, on the right). Don't eat at the hotel , go to the left side, in front of the fisherman pier and try the curry crab or grilled prakapong(sea-bass).Finally the hotel is lovely but the sea a little disappointing.

I stayed in this hotel for two...
I stayed in this hotel for two nights in late April 2007. The hotel itself is quite a long way from the town of Hua Hin so you might want to rent a car if you want to take a look around. There is a smaller town not far from the hotel with a 7-Eleven and some small restaurants. There are also some seafood restaurants near the hotel on the beach front so these are worth a try but they close early...9pm. The hotel itself is fine with only a small road separating it from the beach. There is a nice pool and the restaurant is ok although I only used it for breakfast...cheaper to eat elsewhere in the evening. It was quiet in the area when I was there and I got the feeling that it caters mostly for Thai people. There are 3 floors but there is no elevator. There was a small gym on the top floor but it was open to the elements and it had no aircon so nobody used it. I stayed in a garden view room and it was ok. I rented a car in order to explore the locality and found it rewarding. I thought the hotel was a little pricey and they had some rooms that were very expensive...not surprising that they were empty when I was there.

The beds are really comfortable and you...
The beds are really comfortable and you will have a hard time getting out of it. Service generally is good. Quality of breakfast can be improved (pls keep flies away). Pool attendants are very efficient when it comes to bringing the deck chairs to the beach front. The beach is better than those near the Hilton in Hua Hin where you find horses galloping up and down leaving their droppings which can be disgusting if you're swimming in the water. It is a great place to chill out, not so commercialise, in fact more locals holidaying in this area.

Lovely hotel in serene location. 30 mins...
Lovely hotel in serene location. 30 mins from Hua hin. Perfect if you want to relax on a beach or by a pool and do little else.
