Stayed with my wife in Pattawia Resort...
Stayed with my wife in Pattawia Resort & Spa Hotel in August 2006. We really appreciated the complete relaxation we attained throughout our 5 nights stay there. The hotel atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. So was the surrounding.
While the hotel Spa was still under construction facilities for massage, manicure, padicure, etc were available at the beachfront, three minutes walk from the hotel. Enjoyed swimming in the two large clean swimming pools, relaxed on benches on wooden floor around the pools with abundance of grenery around and cool air coming from the bay. Shuttle service from the hotel to Hua Hin town 30 km away was an added advantage to customers.
Not to say the least, the hotel staff gave us all the time a feeling of welcome, were attentive and achieved in sustaining a friendly atmosphere.
I wish we had stayed longer in Hua Hin, Pattawia in particular, had it not been for prior booking of hotel in Bangkok. Would certainly wish to stay again in this hotel. In the meantime may I provide my observation and suggestions in areas where I think further improvements can be made: (1)In order to build more confidence on hotel staff and enhance even better services to customers, communication skills (English Language) need to be improved, (2)Light switches in the room need to be more conveniently located and (3)keep a clock in the room.
The hotel is good value for money. If you are aiming for a relaxing holiday and wish to attain complete peace of mind amidst friendly helpful people, I would recommend a hotel like Pattawia Resort & Spa.
