One down point is hotel do not...
One down point is hotel do not include breakfast which I find it strange and difficult to understand.
Through my traveling experience, most hotel or resort in Thailand always include breakfast. It make me think that hotel is cutting cost.
We stayed 3 nights, we didn't have breakfast the 1st day, on 2nd day we went for buffet breakfast at Salamoon restaurant, for the price we paid, we were disappointed with the buffet spread. The aircondition was not on inside the restaurant, I should have seated outside, much cooling. Was perspiring throughout the whole meal. Staff at Salamoon restaurant was not really that friendly.
So on the 3rd day we just decided to order room service. Which I think it is much worth.
Hotel provide free wireless service which was great. If you don't have a laptop they can rent you one.
Food at Ocean Restaurant was good. Massage was good. Hotel provide 1-way free tuktuk service to the center of town. If you don't mind the heat, you can also take a short walk to town. About 10-15 mintues.

It is a fantastic hotel. Beautilful well thought contemporary design. Visitors must however be aware that the Putahracsa compound consists of three units: A very upscale new hotel part located on the seaside of the road with beach restaurant and units with own pool or spa bath. Another hotel unit with separate pool, restaurant and spa facilities on the other side of the road and finally a sophisticated restaurant a short distance down the road. The villa pool rooms on the ocean side of the road are simply outstanding. The management is very professional and the staff extremely friendly.

The decoration was simple and nice, the staff very friendly and helpful. There are two sides, one on the beach and the other across the street. It's no trouble to go between them. The restaurant on the beachside is really pleasant at sunset and has a large sandy play area next to it (where the kids can play after they finish eating so the parents can stay for coffee and drinks). A tuk tuk into town took only a few minutes and was a pleasant ride. The hotel offered a free tuk tuk to get around as well. It was a very reasonable rate for the Christmas season when we went but it's important to book early.

we stayed at sandsky villa and everything about putachrasa's villa is perfect! the food is good especially the khao soi. the hotel is near hua hin night market and market village (shopping mall). the staff were all friendly and will go miles just to make your day. overall, even my 6 months old baby love staying in putachrasa. the bed was so comfy that my baby didnt wanna get out of bed.
definitely perfect for families and couples.

Thank you Putahracsa for a wonderful stay, one of the best hotels we have ever been to.
On arrival, cold drinks & towels to cool down, a guided talk on all the facilities. Everything was okay in details.
Rooms were clean and spacious and all the staff was extremely polite and helpful.
Superb location, just 500-1000 meters from restaurant, shopping mm. The hotels offers free ride to town and outside, incl. beach 5-10 miles away, they even come to pick you up again.
Hotels facilities are excellent and the spa well worth a visit
Breakfast buffet very good.
The prices for minibar and all other services are ideal.
The Hotel manager is extremely helpful and every day he walks around talking, to all of the guest, to make sure that every thing is all right.
If you need something or want something just talk to reception they will fix it right away.
