Staff very friendly. Standard rooms very basic. Poolside rooms good but silly things wrong, e.g. shower does not fit attachment over bath. Was told restaurant closed at 9pm but got there one evening at 8pm to be told restaurant was closed. Would not recommend.
Too far from beach and city, security is terrible.
The hotel area is small and far from the city. If it is not high season, other hotels or condos would be the better choice.
The breakfast and room quality is okay with price, everything is clean but the swimming pool is small and no other travel sites near the hotels. If u like to see the good view from the hotel, it's not possible. The dinner buffet is with little choice and quite expensive. But if u dont have any expection, it's ok.
The security is really terrible bcs the theif got into my room during midnight and i saw them. It's quite scary and dangerous. The manager only said the CCTV didnt record anything then let us leave and didnt do anything for the apologize that made me feel humiliated, uncomfortable and long term scary after i leave.
Up to all, it's a nice resort if u have budget restriction during high season. Otherwise, I'd like to live in the condo with the same price or higer quality hotels near beach with sea scenery at Hua-Hin beach.

This hotel is a little out of the way to get to the beaches or the town. Although they have shuttle services, the schedule is pretty limited especially if you were to do a little shopping at the night market in Hua Hin or roam a bit around Khao Takiab. In the end, we rented a motorbike to go about on our own.

We argued a little on that point and the manager agreed to waive the 3% charge but will deduct it from the receptionist payroll instead for not informing us when we arrive! Suggest that this be made known on the website or something to avoid confrontation.

The swimming pool is quite good. It is far from the city. The entrance to the hotel is dark and the road is not good. But the hotel is quite ok for the budget traveller.

The Hua Hin Hillside Resort was fantastic. It is a beautiful looking resort, has very friendly staff, great swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The rooms are excellent, large with plenty of room, clean and has lovely furniture. The bathroom was excellent,huge and very modern. The sheets on the bed felt great and were nice to get between. Although not walking distance to the beach or to the city centre/night markets they offer a great shuttle bus service to both for free. Overall I give it a 10/10 and will definately stay there again next year.

Everything ok, The Hotel is quite far away from the Beach and from Hua Hin. But there is quite often a free shuttle bus to the city and to Hua Hin.

Not very easy to locate as it is a long way out of town and hidden from the roadside. Unpaved road to hotel entrance, but once there a warm welcome awaits you from the efficient & friendly staff. Excellent swimming pool well above average size. Breakfasts good. Only downside is the distance from town and shops, but the hotel does provide a shuttle to town & beach. If you have a car and need above average accommodation & comfort at an affordable price, then this is the place.

Very friendly, and helpful staff nothing was too much trouble, free bus to beach, and what a great beach well worth the money.On arrival location looks awful but all facilities in hotel were top class
We were there with our two children...
We were there with our two children and had two rooms at the swimming pool side. One of the rooms smelled terrible fuggy and there was nothing to do about it.
The swimming pool is great.
The location is far way outside town in a shabby environment. But they offer limited free transport to the beach and the shopping area. Last free transport back to the hotel 8.00 p.m.
Internet was free! Breakfast was asion ok, european less.

the location was a bit of a disapointment as it was not on the beach, however the hotel has a free service 5 times a day to take you to the beach and the city. The staff were always very helpful and went out way to make you feell welcome. The night we checked in we were the only guests and that felt a bit creepy, but it was low season. The hotel was fully booked by the weekend.
