Good Accommodation for the price. Stayed three nights in a junior suit. everythink worked. Suit clean.only drinking glasses had lip stick marks on them. Breakfast was cold each morning.Small dinning room only 5 tables so you may wait. Staff Frindly.Little hard to find the hotel no signs to tell you were to go. Also asked for an extra blanket for our son at the cost of 200 bart per night so take one with you if needed.

OK but details are missing
Nothing majorly wrong with this place - a little out of the center so we used the hotel taxi a lot.
On NYE we booked the hotel taxi for a certain time and unfortunately we ran a little late. When we came down the taxi had driven off with some other guests without notifying us (we had prebooked and paid). The taxi was recalled and we got in - along with the other passengers, then driven their trip first which was a 10 km detour for us. We were not informed before nor during the taxi ride that we would pay full price yet share the taxi like a shuttle-bus. It was New Years Eve and as we were already a little late a long detour around the city in heavy NYE traffic was not preferred at all.
We complained and they apologised and we got our money back which was ok but we ran 40 minuttes late to an expensive dinner because of the detour.
The cleaning staff did not refill coffee etc. in room on the second day of the stay. We had a shirt dry cleaned and the staff brought it to our room at 9am, waking us up only to hand over a shirt that we could have picked up in reception at 12 when checking out seemed a bit silly...
The hotel is clean and the rooms are quite big. We booked a junior suite which is situated on the top floor with a balcony and a nice breeze. The breakfast was very dull and we only had it the first day for that reason. I would recommend to stay here but don't come with too high expectations. The price is a bit too high for what it claims to be able to deliver. Internet is good though.
