Well situated
Hotel situated near the night market and at a 10 min walk from the beach. Staff is friendly but their English is limited. Cleaning of the room is a rush job and done in less than 5 min.
The swimming pool takes care of a good start in the morning.

Central location
this hotel is in the center of Hui Hin near night market large rooms nice rain shower lots hot water staff very friendly. This is the second time we have stayed here
There are two bulidings at Baan Manthana Hotel (an old and à new). We were lucky we got a room in the modern one.
The room was very clean. But the cleaning room was not very very good, it was a very superficial cleaning.
About the view from the hotel it was very nice. The swimming pool was clean but a little small. It's more adpated for children than for adults.
The location was very good just near the night market of hua hin and close to bus station (very convenient to go to bangkok or for an excusion).
If you intend to pay by credit card no listen the hotel owner you will pay commision!

This hotel was ideally suituated for the night market and bars, would def use again.

+We stayed at deluxe room (2,000 THB/N) for 4 nights.
+It's located heart of the Hua Hin city and very near to night market but far from beach (15 mins walk to beach).
-Breakfast (ABF) is very limited with no choice as well as tables and chairs are also limited.
-cleaning room services and maid are not professional.
-It's not worth to stay there comparing the money what we've paid.

Excellent hotel foor price. Very convenient for town and beach and easy to find. We enjoyed our stay
Great Location but mediocre hotel
The location of the hotel is great, but the hotel itself is not as nice as it might be portrayed in the pics. Not that clean. Swimming pool is horrible.
Good accommodation
Great location in town near Night and Day markets train station and ac van to Bangkok leaves just across the road. Beach is only a ten minute walk. Room was big bright and very clean. Nice balcony and quiet too.
The only thing that would improve it is if they served breakfast but there is a (thai) coffee shop on one side thats full of silver haired male westerners. I got my coffee in the lobby of the hotel next door (proper coffee) which was very good.

Our first visit to Hua Hin - Dec 10
The location for this location is so GREAT! Everywhere is within walking distance. The mini van from Bangkok to Hua Hin is just outside the hotel's main road. 2 mins walk to Night market, 10 mins walk to fishing pier and 7 mins walk to Hua Hin train station. We stayed in the Deluxe room which was in the new building of the hotel. Everything was so nice, clean and new. Very value for money!

A good value hotel for the centre of Hua Hin!
Excellent room (in the new wing)and very friendly and helpful service. It is so convienient for the town centre with restaurants, coffe shops, and the markets right outside. Plenty of entertainment nearby. Breakfasr was basic but adequate. The pool was an added bonus.
Imagine our surprise when the bus from Bangkok stopped just outside the Hotel! We had a fine few days here.
