Many problems with reservation (finally had to book the room again via Asiarooms). Although the room was quite comfortable, it was filled with sewage smell, an air pollution. We addressed this problem to the staff, and instead of fixing the root cause, they simply sprayed the air-freshioner to cover the smell, which resulted in even worse condition to live in. We did not complain on the first day because they're fully booked and there was no chance that we could switch the room.
Poor selection of breakfast at this rate, there's nothing much to eat. We asked for a cappuchino on our second breakfast (we got it on the first breakfast) but was refused, they said it was not included(there were only few guests, 6 ppl, on that Monday morning and the cappuchico machine was there).
The last straw would be when we checked out they charged us 150 THB for a laundry bag (a regular laundry bag every hotel provided free of charge). That's when we asked to see the management. Most disappointing when that management could not do any service recovery (the only thing she offered was some hotel T-shirts). Unfortunately, prior to this trip, we had bought vouchers for the hotel and right now we will have to sell it becuase we never want to go back there again.
