We e-mailed this 'place' to get directions 6 days beforehand as it did not appear on the sat/nav, but they did not bother to respond. When we found it, beside a huge sand & gravel plant, the entrance was blocked by the cars of uncaring guests that we could not get our luggage in without going around them. The staff didn't care. We were shown to a room that was overlooked by the residents of some shanty huts - no lace curtains to block their view. We could not accept this and were given another room, also with a bad outlook, which we reluctantly accepted. The swimming pool area was overrun with chickens that wandered to the restaurant area whenever people sat down to eat, leaving their calling cards everywhere for guests to step upon. The staff didn't care.
This 'place' is in urgent need of some management or supervisory staff and reception staff that wear a uniform and smile.
