This is one of my favorite hotels - our third visit - it should be hailed as the best value for money - 5 star features and architechture - great service and great facilities. - The food choices are really good and the prices are very fair.

I have many happy memories of my visit to Khon Kaen and my stay at the Sofitel, not least of which was the kindness and consideration of all the hotel staff. This hotel gets 5 stars in every respect and I will be staying there again when I return to Khon Kaen in February 2005. I cannot think of one complaint to make everything was just perfect, food, facilities, staff, price and location. 5 Star plus, thankyou for such a wonderful stay

Having recently stayed at the Sofitel Khon Kaen we found the serevice and rooms immpecable.
However,watch out they do not charge you twice for your room and add things to your bill that you did not have.

I have stayed many times at the Sofitel Khon Kaen and cannot fault the excellent facilities and friendly service provided by the thai staff. However, at times I found the foreign senior management team to be rather arrogant and donot fully understand the service requirements/criteria afforded to quests who are "Sofitel Privege " guests.

I recently stayed at the sofitel raja orchid and was very pleased with both the room and the outstanding service. The restaurants are fantastic and prices of both the rooms and restaurants were very good. On my return visit I will once again stay only at the sofitel. ( by the way...khon kaen is a great city to visit )

My first visits at Sofitel was as lunch guest,great food and the sevice is perfect.and I stayed there my last to days in Khon Kaen,and I will stay there in March when I´m back in Khon Kaen again.

The Sofitel Khon Kaen is a five star hotel at one star prices. Rooms on the Kosa Hotel side suffer from loud disco music until 4.00 am and should be avoided. Great service and great value for money.

From the driveway the stunning high wooden ceiling welcomes the guest into a cool marbled interior surrounded by lush greenery. Throughout the hotel and in the rooms there is exquisite Thai silk furnishing blended with avant-garde art that exudes both atmosphere and luxury. The staff are well trained and friendly and make you feel right at home. You can experience a diversity of Asian and Western flavors from their 11 different inexpensive outlets.
