The staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to make your stay a pleasure. I would recomend the resort to anyone.
A lovely resort in a very quiet...
A lovely resort in a very quiet location.Friendly staff who would benefit from a better understanding of English language.The spa is excellent,altough a little expensive.Not a critisism of the hotel but why do certain nationalities have to reserve sunbeds at 7am in the morning and then not use them until later in the day!!!Only one critisism, the restuarant lacked atmosphere in the evening, the food was poor standard.We visited the beach bar 50 mt. to the right of the hotel called baracuda and had excellent food at a fraction of the cost.Koh Chang is a lovely island, worth hiring a car or bike for the day to tour all around.

Hotel is absolutely beautiful, especaily the rooms, which looks exactly as in the pictures in the web. Staff is very accommodating and ready to make changes at the last minute. The enterance to the hotel needs to be improved. The anticipation of arriving at the hotel after the bumpy ride into the hotel is like being on top of Mount Everest after the climb. I did not use any facilities as my stay was very short but I will definitely return for a longer stay with my family.

To be honest, what a beautifull resort.. It's quiet, beautifull views and sunrises, very friendly employees. Believe me, it's not the most expensive resort on the island, but it is the most beautifull for sure. The rooms are unbelievable, the atmosphere at the resort is like paradise.
