The hotel is very pretty, and the beach is very nice as well. The problem is that the rooms are pretty disappointing - very old and not renovated, small and not very welcoming. The location is not so good - it is totally isolated and in order to get to the main road one must take an expensive hotel taxi.

The resort was even better then we expected. A really beautiful resort with lovely rooms, a beautiful garden and swimmingpool. The service is perfect and the room, restaurant and swimmingpool are perfectly clean. We had a really great time at Sea View Resort.

We reserved a standart cottage and we had 2 standart rooms, very hold ! and so fare one from the other...no good for your young childrens.

A lovely complex with the most outstanding...
A lovely complex with the most outstanding views you are likely to see - waking up in the morning was never such a pleasure! Our 'deluxe' room was decent but we heard some concerns over the 'tiredness' of the basic rooms. The pool & beach area was large although a lack of sunbeds and the grounds were beautifully decorated with flowers & greenery. Check out Porn Bungalows next door for a great late night beach bar & a cheap snack restaurant. Other than that it is a fair trek (30 mins) down the beach until you hit the resort of Kai Bae which has a few amenities, bars & eateries.
We were at Sea View as part of a wedding party and we could not have asked for a better setting.

A wonderful location in a very nice tropical garden, directly on frontbeach. Bungalows can't be seen from the sea. Just a little problem : the water of shower was always cold. That's not very important with the good weather, but could be changed.
I shall come back in this beautiful place.

We recently stayed at the Sea view resort Koh Chang over the new year period, the service was bad & the staff were less that interested, the compulsory new years eve Gala dinner was expensive & the entertanment was a few students from the local art college & on top of that the food was stone cold, we did complain the following day but quite frankly there were not interested at all, I would not recomend this hotel & we would not stay there again
