The hotel was situated in a perfect place, just right in the middle of the island. The experience was terrific. Breakfast fantastic, a swimmingpool absolutley great. Service great. Restaurants delicious,etc. . The only thing is that there is no beach, but It has been a fantastic stay, anyway. I highly recomend this hotel.

I really liked this hotel, as the staff were very friendly. I liked the bar very much, with live music every night. The Spa was super... I was very happy that this hotel had a lots of activities.. It was wonderful doing yoga at 8.00 am in a beautiful area.. This is a very relaxing hotel and don't expect much of the area around the hotel as there is nothing special to do..

Our stay was most enjoyable. We had the advantage of having a "suite" , which is really worth while(space, wonderful bathroom, spectacular view on the sea...)

We had a lovely stay at the resort, probably the best in Koh Chang. Stayed at Aiyapura before but no beach and the food is a lot better at the Amari. It is well managed, the staff are fast, attentive and friendly.

Koh Chang is a very quite island and there is not much to do apart from relaxing and soaking up the sunshine - this is exactly what we were looking for so it was ideal for us. The staff were very friendly and the manager seemed to be constantly checking that all was well with the guests. The breakfasts were superb and the restaurants were of high quality although rather empty at night. It is in an isolated part of the island but you can walk to small local restaurants for a change of scene. I gather that they are hoping to start up some sort of island bus service which will give guests more variety in the future. I highly recommend this hotel. Sally Lawes, UK

I have travelled to many countries and stayed in many hotels, but I have never experienced the luxury and service I recieved in the Amari Emerald Cove Resort. It has only just opened and they are really going to town to make a name for themselves on the island, where tourist hotels have not long been introduced, so it is perfect in absolutely every way. Can't recommend it enough.
