Lanta Island Resort is a really nice place to stay for a few days. The rooms were clean, with air con and fridge which, for us, was a nice change after a month of budget accommodation all over Thailand. We liked swimming pool a lot, though we were in high season, there was just a few people around. The complex is clean and green. I can recommend it to everyone.

we stay there for 6 daya, a...
we stay there for 6 daya, a wonderful romantic ahotel with bungalows sread around in the big garden. Have big clean pool and a wonderful restaurant with a great view at the sea. some times the servers didnt understand ans say yes< bring wrong food afterwards. Restaurant a little expensive but worth it. Not far from saladan, about 2-3 km, rent a bike and friedly stuff. The rooms are simle bur relatively clean. bathroom very basic.

We were very disappointed when we arrived....
We were very disappointed when we arrived. The bungalows at the front of the resort were uninhabitable. The reception area was very dull, concrete floor, very empty. Our bungalow smelled very musty. The shower was faulty giving electric shocks through the water and tap. The whole resort was very run down, peeling paint and broken roofs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overpriced for what we got. The whole place needs updating it could be very nice.
