Sorry this i have not seen in 15 jears i come to Thailand before.
This Hotel is down to 1 Star from service but 4 Star from price.

Lanta Pavilion Resort is under new management and we strive to meet high standards to keep our customers happy. Our rooms have also been renovated and the garden greatly improved. Our staff all attend training in Engish and service and will greet you with a smile and serve you efficiently.
