We have been upgraded from Emerald suite...
We have been upgraded from Emerald suite to the Gold Suite with a direct access to the Swimming pool. It was very nice to enjoy it.
Location is very nice as Klong dao beach is beautiful and the hotel is really close to the beach.
However, the cleanliness of the room was average as there were some croakroches we had to kill!
Restaurant was average for such a luxury hotel. Thai and international food meals on the menu were too standard.
The Hotel is not fully finished. So, there were some on going painting or fixtures works but nothing crucial.
The first day we were very pleased by the professional welcome but when we checked out, we had to pay for some broken soap device : 500 THB ! I think that with such fares, they should have been more commercial.
In conclusion, i think this hotel is a nice one but it does not deserve 5 stars and thus their fare are too expensive (especially, if you are less lucky than me with no upgrade)!
