What we bought via Internet is not...
What we bought via Internet is not what we got once there. The web page of the resort is far too generous!!!
We arrived with the morning boat and came back the same day with the afternoon boat, we won't recommend this place at all!!
The boat trip was very bad, dangerous....
The boat trip was very bad, dangerous. The resort was dirty dogs every where, dogs shit every where. The beach was dirty and it was almost impossible to bath for the many fishermen boats just moored just in front. The internet webpage of the resort is very misleading as in the web page looks like it is something idyllic, but it is really shit. We arrived and the same day we went back to Langkawi. And the good part was that we were not the only one doing that.
Stayed over Christmas 2008 in Family garden...
Stayed over Christmas 2008 in Family garden deluxe adjoining bungalow, we paid $130 per night per room. The location of the Hotel is good but their website is very misleading, the common areas looked like a dated holiday camp and the rooms are very small, there is also no pool and the grounds are comparable to a budget bungalow resort. In summary I would have been fine with the accomodation had we paid $70 per night, but the bungalows are very overpriced.
