bad customer service and lovely surroundings
We stayed here for the classic "full moon party" being youngsters, we wanted to get away from all the commotion down at Had Rin, so wanted to be in a quieter area. Customer service was appalling didn't have a clue what they were doing but the surroundings was gorgeous i.e. The beach, Can lay in the sea and just sunbath its really calm waters. Absolute middle of nowhere bearing in mind so dinner and bed in the evenings is about it. Room was Ok standard, clean but only had a fan and payed 750baht a night as opposed to other rooms we have had with air con and were half the price in diff areas of Thailand. Expensive as only hotel restaurants and nothing else around bar a few shops so they can charge what they like. We got a boat into the fullmoon party was 250baht-300baht each way, advise know your hotels name so many doughnuts on our boat had got on the wrong boat and ended up stranded on a diff beach.
