Room size was exc. could have used with bit more furniture in it eg. extra chairs. But very clean and having a balcony was great remember to pack insect repellant . Beach was great swam up until 7pm pool also inviting. Staff very helpful. Nice quiet location possibly a bit too far from the action for young people. We did walk to the main port- fun interesting walk but it did take us 140mins (we took the ferry back) Locals told us it was too far to walk. (Found great massage spot for 300b per hour in next bay.) The long boats are expensive but ferry reasonable. We tried hard to inquire re ferry to Erawin Palms before we left home but not much info was available found booking from desk at Puket airport very good value had to wait a few hours but not difficult ,we had been told it may have been hard work with all our luggage, all the locals helped out no problems. Spent 3 nights here which would advise is just about right would not have wanted too much less or more .

Spent great time at Erawan with my girlfriend. Perfect for romantic holidays. Nice beach, nice rooms. The beach is one of the best of Phi Phi. Great value for little money.

The bungalows are very attractive and the location is nice. The breakfast is plain. The staff were not honest when we asked about the transportation to the resort. They told us the only way to get there is by an (overpriced) long-tail boat, even if there exists a regular and much cheaper ferry service.

We were really suprised how big our room was for the money we paid. Really good value for money. The staff at reception were very friendly and the ladies put movies on for us at night and on rainy days. We loved the live musicians at the restaurant in the evening. Such a lovely idea. I dont think this is the best place to visit if you are elderly or have small children because it's hard to get to the main town, and there are very few things to do without getting into a longtail boat. It is the best place to go for couples. Me and my boyfriend loved it.

For the money this is decent, and the pool/beach are nice. Convenience wise it is a bit removed so the Phi Phi Village might be a better compromise being closer to Tonsai but still separate from it. Boat rides from Laem Thong to Tonsai add up in $$$. Nonetheless, the pool is nice, the beach pretty, dinner at Zeavola next door was great, and walking over to the west side of the island is worth it at sunset. However, don't be surprised if your food options are limited, and if the water in your sink occasionaly turns slightly brownish...

The room was quite nice, tv has only Thai channels though. The pool is small and despite there being a pool bar, it is not in operation. The restaurant attaching the restaurant has poor service- we waited an hour for a meal once. It is still a comfortable place to stay, but the location of it means that you can only go into town via long-boat (means money) to get cheaper food.

Its a good place to live with a real disconnect from rest of the world. no mobile signal in room makes it even more lonely! which i good for people who want to run away from city life! Good get away but must be 3 days stay. else you will end up spending most of the time reaching the hotel. Its very simply constructed, yet hygienic and comfortable.

My wife and I spent part of our honeymoon in Phuket/Phi Phi at Erawan Palms and we had a blast!  Attentive service by the staff, nice room and beach intact from the recent disaster, good Thai food by Patong standard, all add up to a marvelous experience.  We planned to stay there for just one night but ended up with three!  We will surely come back again!
