The location of the hotel is awesome although you do hear a bit of noise from the clubs but its not enough to keep you awake. Staff are friendly, awesome pool and and awesome view from the pool. Only negatives are rooms could of been cleaner, mould growth on the shower and floor wasn't cleaned properly. Air Con isn't really air con, more of a fan but was fine temperature wise for us. The positives for this hotel outweigh the negatives but compared to what else you get in Thailand for the same price this hotel is overpriced.
Great views from this hotel. The rooms were great too, beds are a bit hard but most beds in Asia seem to be that way. Nice buffet breakfast.
Great island! Nice hotel
Nice hotel on a gorgeous island. Location is good (close pier and centre of tonsai).The hotel has a nice swimming pool overlooking the beach/sea. Nice rooms with an ok bathroom (shower pressure is low).
Koh Phi Phi
Hotel reception was most helpful upon arrival in changing from an upper level room to a lower level to accommodate physical needs. Grounds and pool are beautiful and kept up well. Towel service at pool was excellent. Room was a little 'dated' and glass multi-tiered shower door in bathroom fell off track and was not functioning properly. Amenities are excellent and town is very close to walk in to. Would definitely return to hotel again. Great location.
Old and not worth the money
We had a reservation for 2 nights at Cabana hotel. After a backpacking trip of three weeks, we thought that it would be great to end the trip with a luxury hotel at 200$/night. When we got there in the morning, we were surprised to find an old hotel, old room, a tennis court all abandoned (our view from the balcony!), no private beach, etc. Very disappointing for the price. We canceled our booking and went somewhere else.

The hotel is very nice as compared to the other hotels nearby the area. It is a bit pricey for Thai standard. I love the view from the room, facing the sea and the swimming pool. However, I was very disappointed with their breakfast. The food was cold, the milk for the cereal was served warm which was odd to me. There was not much selection considering for the hyped up reviews of the hotel. It sucks for me cos I do not eat pork, and the limited breakfast buffet selection was mostly pork. So it left me with just cereal and bread.
But overall, it is a very nice hotel. Love the swimming pool and the private beach area nearby the pool. Very near to the town. You can go out and be spoiled for the numerous selection of restaurants and beach bars. Location also very convenient as it is right in front of the ferry terminal. You also get to enjoy 2 different beaches as the hotel is located on a thin strip of Phi Phi Don which faces the Tonsai Bay and the Loh Dalum Bay.

This hotel was like Paradise.. I researched quite a bit before selecting a hotel and am glad to say that it was just perfect.. Stones throw distance from the Ferry station and main market and the 7-11s.. Far enough from the Nitelife so u can sleep when u want to.. but what makes it truly memorable is the pool and the view of the sea.. WOWWW .. A definete recommendation.
My husband and i stayed at this...
My husband and i stayed at this resort for 3 days during july 2009. We found it to be in the most amazing location with access to 2 sides of the island. We had one of the top of the line rooms with the most fantastic views from all windows. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The only problem we had was trying to get in contact with the resort by phone or email before we arrived to organize transfers from Phuket airport, then found out that they dont organize them for you. Other than that it is a great resort at an amazingly beautiful part of the world. Would definately return. Thanks....
