I only have a complaint and is...
I only have a complaint and is about the restaurant, It closes at night to ten. If you arrive before ten they must to you take care of and not to put haste to eat quickly because they want to gather. Like this you hace to go two hours before.

As part of a tour round Thailand,...
As part of a tour round Thailand, we stayed at PhiPhi Natural resort for 2 nights. The resort is located at a remote part of the island, alongside two other hotel resorts. Access is by taxi boat, around 1200 Bhat. The hotel itself is very peaceful, with a small pool area with bar. Restaurant has a good selection of meals during the evening and an american buffet breakfast is served. Lunch is available too. The resort offers various trips and boat rental, internet access and a currency exchange. Staff are pleasant and extremely helpful. The views are stunning and the beach location and staggered placing of each bungalow allows for a very peaceful, relaxing break.

The most unsatisfaction thing is there are...
The most unsatisfaction thing is there are too many mosquitos in the room. Room service should provide some tools or medicine for mosquito killing every day.

Phi Phi is an interesting place, the...
Phi Phi is an interesting place, the hotel is a little worn, they must have chosen to go for the tour group market, however the room was a good size and comfortable, although the bed was HARD. The resort is very spread out. We were in a standard room and it was a LONG haul to our room. The grounds are well maintained but the pool area has a bird problem. The breakfast was okay but the rest of the food and bar service is ridiculous. It is not very good and overpriced. Most people stroll down the beach to the Holiday Inn, which we also stayed in. The Holiday Inn is better shape, it is more like a polished penny, they don't go for the tour group crowd.

We stayed there on one out of...
We stayed there on one out of many stop for our honeymoon. Which is the best service we've recived from all the hotel for this trip. We booked the room and told them that we are honeymooner and the resort have gave us the most wonderful time. We stayed at the Deluxe cottage the view from the room are priceless!! Plus on the frist night we got a free dinner set up for us as a gift. The staff are very nice,smily and helpful. We have a wonderful time there and will be return to stay there again for sure

Absolutely not recommended when you are looking for privacy and tranquility ! The manager at the welcome is bad. Unfortunately, we took a deluxe room : I don't know how are the normal rooms !!! The water is salted !!! It's a resort with a big canteen...

This hotel was realy beautyful but far...
This hotel was realy beautyful but far from the city and very difficukt to reach (no road to go!). You need to use some longtail which are relatively expensive. When you are on place it's difficult to move without using the samee king of small boat. Moreover our bathroom didn't work.

The bungalows are nice but the breakfast is a shame! digusting, and a shame to make people eating these disgusting foods... especially when you are in thailand you expect full of fruit, nice teas.....

We (couple) stayed 2 nights and enjoyed...
We (couple) stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the place. Please notice that the water in the bath is sea water and an the air condition is only in the sleeping room. we took the Delux room since we wanted to be closest to the sea and it was worthwhile. we got the sea view and a direct way to sea (5 sec walking) although the beach was full of pebbles and we in with Crocs but it depends on the high tide and the low tide. We liked the nature that as if it wasn't touched and the quiet place. The service was good but to get to the hotel you have to take a Long tail boat from the Ferry and it cost us 800B. The hotel can send a shuttle boat but it should be on its timeline and for a specific ferry. We found that there are 3 ferrys a day although in the net is writen only two (on 14:30 from Phukte). The resturant was expensive but fine. We found this hotel - the northen hotel in this Island. There not much to do if you stay at the hotel exapet of course the pool, sea and massage clise to the sea that was found graet.
