View from the room was as seen...
View from the room was as seen in pictures in the website. Location is at the end of the beach and it's a walk and hike up to your room which is definately not recommended for any older folks or very young children planning to stay there. Service is alright. Anyone going to Phi Phi MUST have mosquito repellent on 24/7. Thou room have a device to keep mosquitoes away (doesn't seem to work anyway), i still got bitten even on my neck. Overall stay is enjoyable.

We defitely enjoyed our stay here. Private beach, friendly staff (although they dont speak much English) and nice view.

It was a very nice hotel with...
It was a very nice hotel with private bungalows. Though the hotel was located 5-8 min from the town it wasn't a problem for us, because it was easy to get there and it was also a beautiful walk. The breakfast was quite good and had a variety of choices among Asian and Western dishes. The hotel had a nice pool, but could use a little maintence. However, the hotel was located by the beach, and it only took few minutes to get there by foot. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a recommendable hotel.

We had an enjoyable stay at the...
We had an enjoyable stay at the Arayaburi Hotel. W spent three nights staying in a "Araya beach side villa". The description is a little missleading as the villas are not on the beach but in the gardens of the hotel. Most offer sea views above and between the tree tops. A good location but being well scattered on a large site it may involve a long uphill walk to your room. For this reason I would not recomend the hotel to the elderly or infirm. The buffet breakfast was of a reasonable standard with eggs cooked fresh to order. The restaurant in the evening offered a good menu, beachside location and excellent service. All the staff were very pleasant. One downside was that a late check out was not available. Rooms had to be vacated by 11:00am but our boat to Phuket did not leave until 3:00pm. You may as well take the 09:00am boat if you are going to Phuket.

Great place to stay especially for couples...
Great place to stay especially for couples or people who want to enjoy a bit of quiet time & privacy. We stayed in a delux seaview room and the view was fantastic as was our own little patch of private beach! I would definitely recommend this place if you don't mind the small uphill trek to get to your room!

the seaview rooms are in a fantastic...
the seaview rooms are in a fantastic location.. wonderful views...the trek up and down from reception is a bit daunting but worth it. Love Phi Phi.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay we...
Overall we really enjoyed our stay we even extended our stay at the hotel for a day. The staff were helpful and it helped that the staff could speak english. The rooms are located a nice distance away from each other. Our rooms was quite a walk from the lobby. But i enjoyed the walk up and down the hill, cause the view was amazing! As for the facilities if the hotel didn't provide it you could find it in town. It was good that there were alot of stores in town that sold basic needs, from toothpaste to snacks but they don't come cheap. The only down side about the hotel was the price of food in the resturant, it was quite expensive.....a meal cost us on average about 20 singapore dollars.

Hotel was great, although a little far...
Hotel was great, although a little far away from everything. Our bungalow was further away from breakfast than the hotel was from the town (quite a hike up the hill). Some information we got from reception was inconsistent. Bit couply.
