room wasnt clean when we got there....
room wasnt clean when we got there. there was a smell from the drains in the bathroom. we stayed there 3 days and room wasnt cleaned once. there was no soap no beach towels no bath robes, which the room is supposed to have. mini bar was empty apart from 3 things when we got there. no free water as the hotel says they give 2 free bottles everyday. service was very bad. would not recommend this hotel, good location but thats the only good thing about it

Palms Re4sidence was a good overall hotel....
Palms Re4sidence was a good overall hotel. The location was amazing. Literally a minutes walk to the beach, to the Reggae bar and all the restaurants and shops. The only problem we had with this place was the breakfast. You don't get an American style buffet; only a menu and selection from the breakfast menu valued up to 150 Baht.

Over-all a good stay. Room was modern,...
Over-all a good stay. Room was modern, clean and adequately equipped. Bath shower drain had tendency to drain only sporadically. Nice large bed. New, quiet A/C was more than adequate for high temps. Only accept cash, no credit cards. Liked having breakfast at the beach location. Breakfast was good and only a short walk away. Front desk girl was very helpful.
