Good value for money
The bed was really comfortable to sleep in. The closest beach is a 15 minute walk (Sai Kaew), but if you walk 15 minutes further you have the most beautiful beach (Tup Tim). For us the walking was not a problem, our only "real exercise" during the holiday. The room is quite spacious and clean. The bathroom is Asian style. Water is really hot in the shower even that we put the heat off actually. Sheets and towels are cleaned every 3 days. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay at the hotel with another week. Koh Samet is a gorgeous island and the owner of the hotel very friendly!
Great Little Place
Very friendly people. Good sized room with good airconditioning big bathroom, best big fridge we have come across and communal tea and coffee. Nice quite location. 150m to the beach and probably 200 m from the pier and close to local supermarket. Would definitely stay there again.
The Hotel is located right after arriving...
The Hotel is located right after arriving to Samed pier which is a good point as if you are foreigner you suppose to be charge 200baht to enter the main beach as Samed is a National Reserve Forest site,you also save 100baht per head as you do not need to take the taxi(pick up) to go to your hotel or resort(you save easily 250 to 300 per head)Motorbike available on request to the owner which is a cool Foreigner ready to help you in any need!
No balcony and located in a resident living street but for the price and knowing that you only spend a nite maximum two and you don't spend ur time in the hotel watching TV it is fair enough.

Very close to the Pier. A 10min walk form the beach (meaning you dont have to pay the 200Bhatt fee). We stayed when it was a Thai national holiday so the price was a lot higher than normal. Normal price is very reasonable, and the owner is very nice. Free internet.
