The Central Samui Beach Resort is a lovely hotel with lots of open space and comfortable, beautiful rooms. Despite its location on busy Chaweng Road, the resort (and rooms) all face a beautiful garden, large swimming pool, and the ocean, and can be as quiet as you want it. I've stayed in hotels in Koh Samui considerably more expensive, and considered more luxurious, but find this just as welcoming and elegant, and certainly a better bargain. I will continue to stay at this hotel when I return to Koh Samui, as I certainly will.

Stayed at Central Samui Beach in aug 2004. Lovely beach, white sand, blue water. good for kids to swim. Room is good but no sea view from sea view room. Gym ok. Good landscaping. Food quite good. Value for money. Lovely pool. Located at end of Chaweng. Tuk tuk required to move round. Personally i feel it is best resort in Samui though a bit limited. Best assets are location and beach. Samui airport prettiest in the world.

I've stay in the Central Samui Beach hotel last May and very impressed!! They fully booked and they extremely helpful and recovered my feeling of moving some place else...I did not realize moving place is ruining my holiday - in fact I felt great to their effort and help!!(They pay for me Suite in another hotel!!:))

Where do I begin - What a...
Where do I begin - What a disgrace. Stayed for 5 nights 7/5/5. On our first night they were overbooked so we had to stay somewhere else. Whilst the room was clean the overall workmanship of the building was poor. Hotel was built in 1999 but it has aged 20 years. The sauna (if you can call it that) holds 2 people, is filthy and should be condemened. The gymnasium has one treadmill - so good luck trying to get to use it. Our room rate included breakfast - yet every morning we were challenged by staff - who in turn had to ring the front desk to confirm. You think they would have got it right after the 3rd day. On our last night, we received a lovely letter (as does everyone) from the manager - urging us for our comments and insisting that he would listen and act. I listed all our genuine complaints - and to date have not received any feedback. On checkout the clerk was extremely friendly until she enquired as to how our stay was. When I told her she became very rude. On face value the hotel appears nice in an excellent location - but compared to other hotels in Thailand (ie Phuket and Bangkok) it is extremely sub-standard for the price. Far better value to be found in samui. Would definately mot recommend.

Definitely a luxury resort. Enjoyed the beautifully landscaped grounds, swimming pools, restaurants, exercise facilities, and wonderful beach area. Rooms were very well decorated and maintained. We will surely return for another stay to Central Samui Beach.

Amazing location and view from the room , fantastic service , the hotel staff was extremly freindly , we had a blast during our stay !.. My two year old daughter enjoyed the pool the most!!

Best hotel there, lovely people brillant site on beach locals are very friendly. Not cheap prices in hotel but very good outside beer, food great copy's of everything. Cheap to see on the island by local transports. Going again soon.

I had the pleasure of staying at Central Samui from th 2nd to the 6th of January 2002. I would just like to say that it is one of the finest resorts in Samui. Nothing can beat the hospitality and service at Central Samui. I just had the perfect Honeymoon there.
