Nice hotel on the beach. Very good rooms with view to the sea. Pool very small. Breakfast superb. but restaurants not very nice food for dinner - much better restaurants on the beach. The beach bar very good and happy hours fine. All together good hotel, that we can recomend.

The only positive comment that I can make about this hotel is the location.It was more or less on the beach.It was very much over priced considering the lack of services. The spa facilities were also overpriced particularly since there were other massage facilities less than 50 yards from the hotel,where you could get massages for a fifth of the price at the hotel. My biggest grievance was that the hotel staff did not even speak simple English, and even though I tried to use short Thai phrases to communicate with them, they were not very helpful.If they want to attract tourists in the future,they should take note.The Breakfast choice was very basic and didn't change at all during the 6 days that we were there.Our 'superior ' room was far from its description. All in all, I would NOT go there again nor recommend it to anyone.

Our room was near the kitchen of an outside restaurant and we got all day long the smell of the cooking through the airC of our our room !!

stayed ther 4 times now, great resort. Would recomend it to anyone who wants a quiet relaxing time, great restaurants along the beach and also cheap laundry there to, 40 baht a kilo. The resorts it very clean and also on a great beach with good facilities. The majority of the staff are good, but some really lack english skills and can be a bit lazy. The food at the resort is good and well priced. It is a little way out of town ( the main street of Chaweng Beach) but there is always transportation around.

I really liked this hotel especially the location however there are some important points worth noting before you make a booking there. Upon check in we were given a room with no balcony (only 4 rooms are like this) and you could not open the windows, we did receive an upgrade the next day but if there were no vacancies it would have been miserable (due to discount price?). The hotel has not had a make over in 10 years, the rooms are small and the bed on coasters. Toilet small but ok. Now the pluses, the cleanest and best beach on Chaweng, the 5 star hotel up the beach is all pebbles. Good breakfast, dinner at the beach restaurant may seem expensive at first but the quality and quanity is far superior to the cheaper ones down the beach. Polite, friendly and effecient staff and Happy Hour at 4pm takes the sting out of the beer prices. Lunch at the Sabai (thai food) is very good. Spa deal with seafood basket excellent at around 5000Bt. There was confusion over the booking with the hotel having one day less but this was addressed immediately by Asiarooms and fixed, that was good support. There was talk of renovation including making the rooms bigger. Not sure value for money but I would strongly consider going back.

The service at this resort was great, the staff all greet you when you walk past and they attend to everything you ask them for.
We ordered room service and got the food in 10 mins and it was lovely! Cheap too! and this was at 11pm as we arrived later in the night.
Taxi's are available everyday outside the hotel door and its a 2-5min taxi drive to the main shopping and eating area. I was going to stay in the main area but i'm glad i didnt as it was too noisy and bright. Impiana is great for the price and location is good too.

Chaweng Noi is a great place to stay away from the hustle & bustle of Chaweng yet close enough to get there for lively nights out, shopping etc. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. My only criticism of the hotel is that of the noise from the busy road running right outside and we were in a deluxe room not adjacent to the road, so it must be even worse for those staying in superior rooms that faced the road

Beach so-so(water not sparkling blue as we expected) but the resort is relaxing and the massage place and restaurants on the beach 5 minutes' away more than compensated for this. We can thoroughly recommend both 'Love Beach ' and Charming ' retaurants.Tuk-Tuk style taxis cost about 250 THB into Chaweng strip- go once and then avoid it like the plague!
