The staff at the pinnacle were probably some of the nicest. the hotel was really nice and clean. the only disadvantage is the location. maenam beach is pretty far from chaweng beach, and there is not much at maenam. the sand is kinda corse, so beach lounging here was not as fun.. but you can take a taxi for 50 baht to chaweng.
but this hotel itself was really good. i highly recommend it for family and couples. additionally, they have a nice pool. :)

the overall stay at the pinnacle resort ko samui was a real pleasure the staff were very friendly and efficient, its a very clean, lovely resort and i would recommend it quite highly,the only thing that would slighty let the resort down would be the restaurant menu, it could do with expanding a little although the food was of great quality you could do with a little more choice, we would like to thank you for a lovely stay in ko samui

We stayed at the Pinnacle in Feb...
We stayed at the Pinnacle in Feb 2001 and really liked it. We stayed in the hotel rooms and they were very well equipped, clean and well maintained for the 16 days that we were there. The food was good. WE are actually going back this year...so that should say something.
