We have had many good holidays at the Seascape and would recommend it.
Only bad point is the quality of the bathroom Towells. Need replacing more often please, some days they were rather old looking.

Good Location. Big Rooms. Right on Chaweng Beach. Big downfall the pool is as warm as a bath. It was too hot to swim in so if you want to laze by the pool this is not the place to be. Lucky the beach is nice to swim in.

Actually I've paid more expensive price for so-called "ocean view" room.Unfortunately it's garden view only.As I reflect this point to clerk,she told me it's only indivisual bungalow with sea-view only.I just wondering the discrepancy charge I've paid is for what?The feeling is not so good.But the hotel location is nice....

Great location in the middle of a fantastic beach and the shops just out the back. The only complaint was the lack of a hair drier, and the flood on the floor of the bathroom when you had a shower.

Terrible colours inside the bungalow and also a terrible smell from the bathroom. The people working at the restaurant and by the pool was friendly and nice. The food was not the most exiting at the restaurant. Could be a lot better. In total it was a place we stayed because of our 2 children aged 2 and 3 years. It was safe and good for them...

Stayed in the Family suite which had 2 rooms. BUT the noise/music from the main road is LOUD. And does not stop until 1.15am pass midnight.
Big rooms, so suitable if 3 or more stayed. Clean and tidy. But can't sleep......
Pool is rather small. B'fast has limited selection and okay only.
A beautiful location with very attractive Bungalows....
A beautiful location with very attractive Bungalows. We arrived for our Homeymoon and found there were several rooms with young lads staying who thought they could party til 7am which was very annoying!! The security staff tried their best to deal with them! I think the hotel need to try cater for small groups of people rather than gangs of lads! The reception staff are a waste of time!! The owner is very approachable and very helpful!! The problem was resolved the next day by him!! The waiting on staff were also very nice! I fully recommend eating of an evening ont the beach restaurant! The bungalow was a good size but the decor in the bathroom was poor! The ceiling was stained with damp! Overall though a good resort if you can put up with the Fawlty Towers reception staff!

The seascape hotel was nice but it was not really in a good location as it was more towards the end of the beach away from the nightlife. I would not stay here again although it was cheap. We stayed in a bungalow which had a beach view which was nice but there was a lot of ants in there which was a bit off putting and a lot of mosquitos! It was cheap enough but I would recommend to stay somewhere else!!

We stayed ten nights at Seascape Beach Resort. The room was very big, light and smell antibacterial liquid when we came:) We paid extra of seaview, but from the balcony you could see only a little sea. The best things in the hotel were the room and the location!
In the reception there were only a few nice workers, who were helpful and friendly when you need something. Many of them didn´t even say hello...
Breakfast was outside and there was a lot of flies on the food they served (the little flies were all over the bread) and they kept long time the same meat(bacon, sausages...) in hot outside temperature. That might be a problem many hotels in Thailand. It was nice that they served fresh fruits every morning.
Pool was small, but we didn`t need it, because the beach was so near. The beach near the hotel was very clean!
