I made a bad choice, I would never use this place again, no fault of asiarooms, but the standard of accommodation was way below what i expected.

Both my wife and I loved it, the experience, and how it's just 15 minutes away from town, away from the noise in its own secluded area which was brilliant. The staff were top-notch and certainly it was value for money. Just a little caution for children, as the nearby beach, or Koh Samui in general, topless women are not uncommon.
Me and ny husband were looking forward to spend 4 luxury nights at this 5 star hotel in a 270 sqm lotus pool villa with jacuzzi, private pool and private butler. The jacuzzi was so dirty, that we would not put our feets in it, around the pool was plastic bottles and the floor was rotten and the lamps did not work. The butler did not exist. Inside the villa was dirty as well. The faucet was about to fall of and the walls around the jacuzzi was black from moisture and had not been painted for several years! We complained and got an other villa but it was not much better! The only positive thing we can say about this hotel is, that the staff is friendly!
We (myself and a friend) had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was beautiful, the staff were extremely friendly and nothing was a problem. Breakfast in the morning was also amazing. I will definately be recommending this hotel to all my family and friends!
This was our first trip to this island. We could not have chosen a better location. The hotel offers reasonably priced transfers to the main beach (Chawang). I prefered being where we were because you could escape the busy night life. The beach very close to the hotel happens to be the nicest anyway and it's not too far to go to "where the action is" - if that is what you want. About 10 - 15 min by car. Cost about 300 - 400 TBT Staff were wonderful and food when the theme evenings are on - are not to be missed. Great food and value. I would definitely return there.
I stayed here with my husband and 21 month old son. Probably not the best place for little kids as there are alot of stairs to get around the resort, but the golf buggy service to and from our room compensated for this. It seems that alot of resorts are built on cliffs as this one anyway so keep that in mind for the little kids! The beach is not "kid freindly" but i knew this prior to booking through reading other reviews. Its rather dirty and rocky and not romantic. The staff were nice but hardly anyone speaks English which at times made it difficult. The pool area was deceiving in the photos- not very big as I thought. Pool staff were a little on the rude side, but we noticed that once the "boss" walked around everyone soon picked up their acts. One thing I will commend the staff on was our son was ill during this trip and needed to be hospitalised and they were very helpful with offering free transport now and then and also sking about his health in general. I would recommend it to couples as it is a quiet resort with not many kids. wouldnt stay there again as I dont generally stay at the same resort when travelling
Very nice hotel. Staff very collaborative. Wonderful...
Very nice hotel. Staff very collaborative. Wonderful view from pool and very good breakfast.
Very convenient transportation service inside resort from and to main lobby.
Superb holiday location and hotel. We were in a room at the top of the hill which was a daunting walk on occasions as we are both over 60 but never a problem as the staff were only too willing to drive you anytime, anyplace and anywhere.
