Dear Sir,
The hotel is indeed a 5 star accomodation, but service wise its really a disappointment.
Upon checking in, we were told there will be no late check out for us when we did request through the internet.
And when we did call the reception again, the remark was we are just staying for 1 night. After much bargaining, we (imagine we have to do that) were "allowed" to check out at 1pm, when we did inform the staff nicely that our flights were at 1640hrs. We just wanted to have a late check out at 2-3pm.
Clearly we were not taken as valued guests. Should there be preferential treatment if we were to stay 1 night compared to 3 nights?
Checking in have to be after 4pm and check out by 12pm. That should be more flexible. And the staff should treat all the guest equally.
I hope the management will see into this matter, and perhaps improve on the quality of services rendered at the reception.
