The service was disappointing. Our room was never cleaned before the late afternoon, and simple requests (ie, for a few extra plastic bags) were ignored. I would also have appreciated more flexibility about our request for a late check out. The request took about a half hour to address the night before our departure only to have been forgotten about the next day. We ultimately had to check out of our two rooms and were provided with another room at an assigned time so we could shower. We were four people but there were only two towels in the room. I also think the charge for a small bottle of water was out of line. In other comparably priced resorts, water is usually complimentary. Finally, the food was only mediocre. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and had many good selections but the pastries were terrible.
