Fantastic resort to stay in. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful especially if you had young children. Would definitely recommend this hotel to couples or families.

We stayed in one of the Villas...
We stayed in one of the Villas at this resort for our honeymoon. The plunge pool was far bigger than i expeceted. Everything about the resort far surpased our expectations. The location was excellant, only a ten minute taxi ride form Chaweng Beach area. Great breakfast, great resturants, great rooms, fantastic pools with a couple of them being right by the beach.
All in all the service and value for money was amazing. Everything and more we could have wanted was provided. The good service even continued when we were taken to the airport. They checked us in and told us everything we needed to know.

Great hotel, everything was what we had...
Great hotel, everything was what we had hoped. Beautifull pool areas,great bar by the beach,looking out to Koh Phangan, enjoyed a nice cold beer there at midday. Gardens are excellent. Rooms are a good size and well serviced. Enjoyed breakfast, pleasant way to start the day. Good location, not too busy, but only a short taxi ride to Chaweng.

Very good hotel! Superb location on Bo Phut beach, very clean and nicely furnished rooms with all amenities one could imagine. The only downsides are the high price and the breakfast that was a little disappointing compared to the Amari. Anyhow we enjoyed our stay extremely much especially because of the great pools and the gorgeous Austrlian BBQ directly at beachside.

Hi, Athough I'd read some good reviews of this place, I have to say overall we were disappointed.
Initial impression
Check-in was really slow, why we don't know, we seemed to be there for ages and even though the setting was nice, when you've been on a journey to get there you want to get yourself sorted ASAP.
Room
The room was good, not fantastic, but eveythng was there an clean. As the hotel is pretty new, the place was modern, but you know they hd used cheap materials, such as laminate flooring.
Pool and facilities
Huge main pool, nicely done, small gym, spa etc. Some spa trtments were good, bt you paid a significnt premium. i.e. A Thai Massage was 1300 Bht for an hour, where on the street it was 250 BHT. Facial was more of a face wash rather than anythig else, but the serice in the spa was good.
Restaurants
Food itself was pretty average for Asia, but the service was terrible. Even though there seemefd to be a lot of staff around, they seemed to enjoy chatting between themselves rather than serving their guests. Sometimes food came which was different than described on the menu with no explanation.
Location
Bo Phut - Great location, 5 minutes walk dwn the beach to Fishermans Village with it's relaxed bars and restaurnts. Not the sort of place you want to go if you like to be out on a bender all night, but nice and chilled.

From the minute we walked into this hotel after being picked up at the airport(well worth it),we knew it was going to be a little bit special. We were given a cocktail and seated in a lovely part of the bar to check in, then shown to our room where the bed was decorated with flowers for our silver wedding anniversary.Then a knock on the door and in walked a member of staff with a bottle of champagne on ice a cake and a bowl of fruit.
The staff were brilliant and we couldn't move or they were running to see what they could do for us.The room was nice, the food was good and the rest of the hotel was beautiful especially the pool areas.
We found the service to be great and they were very courteous and polite AND friendly.
Evweryone in the hotel made our stay perfect and very relaxing after our hectic trip before we got here.
Would not hesitate to use this hotel again. We could go on forever about it.

We spent 12 days here, this just was not long enough it was just like heaven staff were brill could not do enough for us. We were up graded into a bungalow with own plunge pool and out side bath, when we arrived we were sent large cake and bottle of champs. Can not wait to go back best holiday we have had!

We stayed in Bandara resort for our honeymoon. Everything is perfect. All staff are so kind and hospitable. Spa is beautiful and makes relaxe you. I recommended you Sweedish massage and Thai massage near the pool. If I will have been in Koh Samui, I want to stay in Bandara again.

I just finished my stay there. All staff are really nice and the room was really nice. They are really thoughtful that everything is ready for you even swimming kits (towel, sandles and basket). Especially the spa there, you will love it once you have tried, recommended Hot Stone Massage. I would like to recommend it to my friends and would like to stay there again.
