The hotel is very beutiful , the...
The hotel is very beutiful , the rooms, the gardens and the view. But the hotel was rather empty and thus breakfast was a very poor selection not at all at the level expected of such level of hotel. The hotel pool and pool bar were not even activated and it felt like the hotel was saving on account of the few guests in the hotel.

If you stay in a five star...
If you stay in a five star hotel, you look forward to a perfect service and great facilities.If you stay at the briza, you take the risk, that the pool is not in use at the moment, that they can't serve you what is on the restaurant menu, that they ask you whether you have taken a laundrybag from your room or not.So, the price is far away from what you get.

I really loved my stay at the...
I really loved my stay at the Briza. The hotel staff is just amazing. Especially Pin, the front desk staff and the spa staff. We had our private butler Pin, who was just great and helped us a lot during our stay. The room was always very clean and we loved our Jacuzzi on the terrace. We had every morning breakfast on our terrace at no extra charge!!!! And every morning it was decorated in a different way. I would definalty recommend the Briza.

it was one of the best hotels...
it was one of the best hotels i've ever stayed. it's location is perfect for swimming and shopping. not far from downtown(10min walking distance). its butler service is very convenient. Ros did every thing for me. i 'd like to appreciate for her kindness and willingness. ko samui itself is a perfect destination for honeymooners. i recommend you to stay in the briza and visit to eranda spa. you will never be disappointed. thank you again ros and all the other staffs. you are the best!!
