We stayed in this hotel in 2010, Nov 03-14. The location is ideal, 10 min from Chaweng or 5 min from Lamai. Amazing room’s view!
The staff at the hotel are all extremely helpful and friendly and any problems are rectified very quickly. The buffet breakfast was really good and the staff was fantastic. The restaurant service was good but expensive. The free shuttle service on request from room to reception and from and back to Lamai was very handy.
The rooms were clean and well presented, and the daily maid service was of a high quality. Bathroom had separate bath and shower, was spacious and clean with lot of amenities. Room lighting was too dim.
Free internet at lobby.
The beach was not good for swimming, is full of rocks and the access to the sea is dangerous, but the pool was clean and with nice view.
Great experience overall, I would stay there again and I will suggest to my friends.
