Had a problem when we arrived..i had booked 2 rooms for myself and my 2 teenage sons,they tried to put us in one room with an extra bed which was only 4ft long (both my sons are over 6ft tall). They did provide us with the other room as requested but not what you need after a long day of travelling! The rooms were right next to a very busy and noisy road which could be heard all through the night. Had light lunch at the hotel,outrageously overpriced and service very slow. The restaurant staff seemed very lethargic and solemn which is so unusual for Thailand. Sorry,but wouldn't recommend this hotel.

All ideas, advises, and comments would be considered and follow up with details. Good one would be maintain and increase as standard. The ones need improvement, some reviews already been solved, however a few is on process. We insist to improve our service as the best. I am so sad and sorry to hear on some negative reviews happening during on your holiday. I do wish all of you would give us a chance to serve and take good care on you again in some occasions.
