1) the water pressure is weak for the shower and the water temperature is not stable, you may burn your face or freeze your hair every few seconds, but they have no room to change for you, and will send a engineer who do not understand english to discuss with you and try to fix the problem with you.
2) breakfast is not buffet type, every guest can order 1 of their 4 choices every morning till 2:00pm, however, the choices are rare and no good food, we have been to thailand many times, its my first time to experience such poor breakfast.
3)swimming pool, whenever there are people booking the pool side resturant, guests are only allowed to swim in the pool till 8:00pm.
4)staff, if you ask the beach towel in the morning for the Koh Tao trip, they will educate you to tell them to prepare such beach towel 1 day in advance, and the towel will pass to your hand till you agree with them.
But the parking staff is nice and helpful.
besides, when you want to buy the drink in the pool side, you have to wait their female staffs to finish their chatting before serve your request.
5)beach, the water is shallow and cannot swim , the big rock wall is just block the sea..
6)bed, not soft enough compare to the renassiance hotel
conclusion, suggest you to stay in "the libary" if you have to stay in the main beach, higher price is worth as I have been there for lunch, everything is excellent
