Punnpreeda Pool Villa Beachfront, Koh Samui  

This is our first trip to Thailand. We picked Koh Samui due to recommendation from friends and it worked out very well for us. We have one young boy and teenager with us. We picked this hotel primarily because of the two-bedroom villa so that we have separate bedrooms. We have nothing to complain about the villa. It was very modern and kept very clean. The villa has full kitchen and living room which makes like living in your own house. We picked beach front villa with a dipping pool. The staff was extremely friendly and service was top notch. Breakfast was made fresh and personally order daily. You have choice for the staff to make breakfast in your kitchen. We opted for daily morning delivery so that we can sleep in more. The key area of concern is that the beach front is very rocky and not suitable for swimming. You can walk 10-15 minutes to the other part of the beach with better condition. There is also no restaurants nearby. We had a rental car so this was not a major issue. If you are looking for quiet, secluded vacation in a tropical setting, this is the ideal place. If you wants near actions, then you should consider other choices. There is no big pool on site. The resort will provide shuttle to a nearby sister hotel which has pool and good restaurant on site.
