Fantastic!
We stayed for 5 nights and are so glad we made the decision to stay in the resort. From the moment you enter reception the service you recieve is outstanding. The resort itself is at a beautiful southern part of chaweng beach. The rooms are clean and decor is nice. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom has a great sized shower. All small details are taken care off and the room is cleaned daily at your wish. The food at the resort was absoultely amazing, both breakfast and the resorts restaurant. The staff were also fantastic. A special mention to "Gie", in guests relations who helped me organise my marriage proposal. Her assistance in setting up a table on the beach for dinner and also organising me a beautiful bunch of flowers was so very professional and I thank her greatly. All the bar staff and restaurant staff were so friendly, helpful and just brilliant.
On arrival you are offered half price offers in the resorts spa for the 1st 2 days of your stay. Its a must! Great ocean views and the massages were brilliant.
If at all I could find anything to complain about it would be the location of some of the villa's as they back onto the road and the muay thai trucks blaring their speakers until the early hours is a little annoying. However this is all we could complain about and to be honest, its nothing a good few cocktails from the bar to help you sleep thru it cant fix!
When we return to Samui, we will definately be staying here again.

Honeymoon break
This hotel is lovely as it's directly on the beach, it's really chilled and you can't help but relax when you're here. It is at the far end of Chaweng beach, this is a blessing in our opinion as the beach is private and not crowded, the further into town you go the more like sardines you become, with pumping music and constant badgering from sales people on the beach.
The room we had was OK, it had this enormous bed, so big in fact that it took up the entire space in the room, we couldn't open our suitcases anywhere, so very cramped. We were also the room next to the stairway to the spa which I found a little intrusive as felt I couldn't open the curtains as people were just constantly walking past. Our light bulb was broken in the room when we arrived, they said they would fix it, they never did. So with the wooden walls it was quite dark.
The restaurant and breakfast was lovely, the restaurant is situated at the waters edge, really gorgeous, we didn't have dinner. The cocktail bar is great with 241 cocktails at happy hour, the bar staff were really friendly..
The pool and the spa are really good. I had a facial and a massage and both were good, if a little pricey.
All round a lovely hotel and one I would recommend definitely, if you can afford an individual villa I would take it for sure.
The walk down the beach into the town centre takes at least 30-40mins, so if you're not keen on walking then I guess this may not be the hotel for you, there are however taxis, these are not cheap, and there are no tuk tuks anywhere, the only place in Thailand without them, very strange.

I thought this hotel was quite good...
I thought this hotel was quite good value for money. I stayed there with my mum as a birthday treat and found the staff and service excellent. The location was perfect, not too far from the main area of Chaweng but far enough away to escape the noise, was very relaxing, beach was beautiful. Our room was a bit small but I think this was due to it having 2 single beds as opposed to a double. Most of the guests were couples obviously on romatic getaways but we still enjoyed the ambience. Thanks for a wonderful stay, I would definitely stay there again!
The hotel is located at the south...
The hotel is located at the south of Chaweng bay, the area has nice beach, few people around and away from the "noisy" and crowded area of the island, which is an advantage. the hotel is quiet well with new facilities. The restaurante has good dishes at reasonable prices. In that place you can have your breafast with a great view of the ocean. The only thing to consider is that the manager offers to upgrade my room and because I turned down his offering (considering I was in a deluxe villa!) gave me the worst room she had near the entrance next to the bell boys...I consider is not a good policy with clients...

good service, clean and it is really worth for money especially for budget travelers. I am sure will stay at Koh Samui Paradise Hotel in the future
