Hotel was excellent with a beautiful hilltop view. But if you are looking for a beach front hotel, this is not it. Away from the beach and away from the main shopping bustling chaweng beach. We rented out a car so it was easier. Rooms were excellent. Major issue, the hotel has no direct access and no name on the main road. At night very difficult to get back to hotel. Actually passed by and then realised the lane was left behind. They have a small banner hanging out on the street which is not very visible either. Very few staff. The lady on the front desk also works for room services. After 10pm, except for operator, none of the extensions work.
