Offered very good value for money and the staff were very helpful although the reception does close at 11 at night, so if you need anything from them you have to wait until morning. If you are going to stay here then using a moped to get around is a useful way as taxis are not advisable to get to other parts of the island (too expensive), and when we stayed here Tuk Tuk's were quite infrequent.
Moped's only cost 200baht per day (£5) and cheap to fill up. It's a lovely area and the beach they have is very nice. Good location near the Fisherman's village.

Great place to stay!
For the price this place is fantastic. We paid i think $23(AUD) for the night we stayed, had a large room with an Alfresco area, our room was not even 20 metres from the beach. 300m walk to the peir so a great place to stay if you are catching the ferry across to Koh Phanang.
Only negative was it is not in a high activity area, but there are still a few bars and restuarants near by. I'd recommend staying here for 1 - 3 days.
It isn't a fancy hotel but for the price, and the friendly service we will be staying here again.

It was okay, but not one of the more memorable places we stayed. Not sure what the rates are on Koh Samui generally but was expensive compared to other places we stayed elsewhere that were of the same standard. Wouldn't go back.
The people of Kinnaree resort are so friendly. We travelled through South East Asia and here we felt like home. It was a pity that we had to leave.

Not the most beautiful beach of the island, but a very good address. Excellent service and breakfast. Room very clean and chairs to sunbath on the beach.
Away from the noise of Chaweng and easy to go to the different points of the island if you rent a motorbike.

The hotel is situated right on its own little beach and the view is really fanastic. The rooms are very nice and every day the cleaners light some oils to give the room a beautiful sent. We had a very pleasant stay at Kinnaree and would strongly recommend it!
