Room internet should be complimentary, not chargeable. Even though free internet is provided at lobby but only limited to 30minutes usage.....and very hot. I'm happy with the toilet maintenance.they don't sweep/vacuum floor during our stay, leaving floor dusty and sandy. Utensils will be clean but the table were left with stain and food droppings after our usage. Pool not bad. Gym is provided but rather small. Staff are friendly and helpful. No lift service, only staircase. Room temperature limited from 20 - 25 degree celcius. Huge bed, wider than 6 feet. Deck chair very dirty, stained my swimsuit. Upon arrival, the hotel provide us a very heart warming reception including a cold towel and a complimentary drink. Free activities including kayaking are provided.
